The short version

This site is a static archive of research reports. It has no accounts, no logins, and no newsletter. You can read every report and download every PDF without giving up an email address. The site currently runs no advertising and sets no advertising cookies; what limited data is collected comes from the host and any analytics, described below.

What is collected directly

Nothing. There are no forms, no sign-ups, and no first-party tracking cookies set by twocommainvestor.com. The site does not ask for your name, email, or any other personal information.

Advertising

This site does not currently display advertising. No ad network serves anything on these pages, and no advertising cookies are set.

If that changes, this policy will be updated before any ads go live, and this section will name the vendors involved and set out your opt-out options — including Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info/choices, and networkadvertising.org.

Advertising would not influence coverage. If ads are ever introduced, advertisers will not choose what gets covered, will not see reports before publication, and will have no input into any rating or price target. See Disclosures.

Analytics

If site analytics are enabled, they are used only to count page views and understand which reports get read. Any such provider may set cookies or use similar technologies under its own privacy policy.

Server logs

This site is hosted on a third-party static host, which may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request, for security and operational purposes. This is standard for any website and is governed by the host's privacy policy.

Your choices under GDPR and CCPA

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or a jurisdiction with comparable rules, you have rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you, and to object to processing. Because this site collects no personal data directly, most such requests should be directed to the relevant third party — primarily Google — whose cookies and identifiers are involved.

If you are a California resident, note that this site does not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA, and runs no advertising partners that might process identifiers on its behalf.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Reports link to company filings, news sources, and market data providers. Those sites have their own privacy policies and are outside the control of 2 Comma Investor.
